BENEFITS
The dehumidifying function of air conditioners not only makes homes more comfortable but can also help prevent mold and mildew growth, which are common problems in humid environments.

Humidity Reduction

Air conditioners work by cooling the air, which reduces its capacity to hold moisture. When the air cools, water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water, forming droplets on the evaporator coils within the AC unit.
Condensation
Removal
The condensed water, or condensation, drips into a condensate pan, which is then drained away from the system. This process removes both the moisture and the condensation from the air, effectively lowering the humidity levels.
